Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all artwork, graphic design, logo design, print, digital services, and products provided by SioraiArt.

By placing an order with SioraiArt, you confirm that you agree with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

All design services provided by SioraiArt are carried out on the understanding that the client has agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.

2. Project Acceptance

Upon receiving a written quotation or estimate, the client must confirm acceptance either by signing and returning a copy or by submitting a formal purchase order referencing the quotation. No project will begin until written confirmation and a 50% non-refundable deposit have been received.

3. Design Fees & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon project confirmation.
• The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered or sent to print/publication.
• Invoices unpaid for 30 days are considered in default and will accrue a 2% monthly interest.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, Express Money, and approved bank transfers.
• Returned cheques will incur a fee of $80.

4. Copyrights & Trademarks

Logo Design

* Non-exclusive logo templates: 

Non-Exclusive logo templates are sold more than once. All Non-Exclusive logo templates are under the copyright protection of SioraiArt. By purchasing a Non-Exclusive logo template, you accept that SioraiArt may sell the same Non-Exclusive logo template again to a different client. You accept and understand that SioraiArt has the full discretion to decide how many times a Non-Exclusive logo template is resold to the purchasing clientele. 

* Exclusive logo templates: 

Exclusive logo templates are sold ONLY once. By purchasing an Exclusive logo template all copyright ownership and rights are transferred to you and the Exclusive logo design is removed from the SioraiArt website immediately after files are delivered to you. 

General Artwork

• Copyright of all graphic design work—including concepts, ideas, drafts, illustrations, and proofs—remains with SioraiArt unless explicitly released in writing upon full payment.
• Clients may request permission to reuse or modify designs in alternative formats. Written approval must be granted beforehand.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights for any third-party materials provided to SioraiArt.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold SioraiArt harmless for any and all claims related to improper copyright use of text, images, or other files supplied by the client.

5. Licensing & Usage

Designs created are licensed for one-time use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not resell or distribute any artwork or templates (especially non-exclusive designs) in unmodified or template form.

6. Alterations & Revisions

One set of minor revisions is included within 14 days of the draft being shared. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

7. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced and must be paid within 30 days.

8. Turnaround Time

Project duration is estimated from the date of deposit clearance and may vary depending on scope. SioraiArt will not be held liable for delays caused by the client or external factors.

9. Data Supply & Format

Clients must provide text in editable digital format (e.g., .doc, .txt) and images in high-resolution electronic files. SioraiArt is not responsible for low-quality results stemming from inadequate image submissions.

10. Website Projects

Clients are entitled to one round of minor revisions within 14 days after review. Minor revisions include small text changes and layout tweaks. Major design changes may incur additional charges.

11. Design Credits & Portfolio Usage

Clients agree to allow a small SioraiArt credit line on digital/print media and for the work to be showcased in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Rights of Refusal

SioraiArt reserves the right to refuse any content it deems inappropriate, offensive, or illegal. Should such content be mistakenly included, it will be removed upon discovery without liability.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SioraiArt makes no warranties beyond the scope of the service offered. We are not liable for losses resulting from delays, third-party failures, or force majeure. Claims are limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

14. General

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous agreements. SioraiArt may revise these terms at any time.

By proceeding with any purchase or service agreement with SioraiArt, you acknowledge full understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
