ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that SioraiArt provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). SioraiArt reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by visiting the “Terms of Service” section of our website. Your use of the SioraiArt website and any of its services signifies your complete acceptance of these terms.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

SioraiArt, along with its parent company, provides high-quality, customizable logo templates, brand identity packages, and stationery set designs available for purchase and download.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

You may use any design assets purchased from the SioraiArt website for the following purposes:

1. Personal use
2. Commercial use

You are allowed to modify, or authorize a third party to modify, any purchased design to meet your specific needs.

All design files from SioraiArt are provided exactly as shown on our website. This includes placeholder names, color schemes, and example business information. You acknowledge that modifications such as color, text, or structure require the use of standard graphic design software, which may need to be obtained independently. Most SioraiArt files are compatible with commonly used Mac and Windows graphics applications.

You may use a purchased design asset without limitation for your own personal or commercial projects.

You may resell a purchased logo as part of a completed project or brand package. For Non-Exclusive logo templates, any third party must be informed and accept that the design is Non-Exclusive, copyrighted, and distributed under these TOU.

You may not resell a logo template as a stand-alone product or as part of an unfinished design (e.g., web templates, downloadable assets, or other design tools).

COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS

Non-Exclusive Logo Templates:

Non-Exclusive logo templates may be sold multiple times. All such templates remain under the copyright of SioraiArt. By purchasing a Non-Exclusive logo, you acknowledge that SioraiArt retains the right to sell the same template to other clients at its sole discretion.

Exclusive Logo Templates:

Exclusive logo templates are sold only once. Upon purchase, full copyright ownership is transferred to you. The Exclusive design is immediately removed from the SioraiArt website and will not be resold to any other client.
